Looks like fight is not happening. Go through the thread and Eddie Hearn has said Clottey is not being considered.

But Zaveck is on the list.

    Sounds like he's next.

That's a good fight for Brook. I like Brook as a fighter. Hope he is the real deal, we need young talent at 147.

What is Brook, 28-0 now? Fck me, he's been protected as hell.

I guess it's a step up for Kell, but let's be honest here..How long has it been since Clottey has even had a fight??I want to see a good fight for Brook not just a fight vs a name...Would have rather seen him fight Zaveck or even Collazo, really wanna see him fight Alexander tho...

Now, if this is at 147, where Clottey says he can barely make now, that gives Kell an edge. At a catchweight, though, I really don't know at this stage. I got to say if I was pushed to make a decision though, I'd say Clottey by decision, close but clear.
The fight is happening in Sheffield lmao no chance of Clottey getting a fair judging of this fight he is going to have to kill Kell Brook to even stand a chance of getting a decision even at that they'd probably still score it a NC.

He kind of is protected look at Miguel Cotto's earlier record my god... It's more impressive than Kell Brooks last 5 fights!!!
Lovemore Ndou, Rocky Martinez, Randall Bailey and Carlos Maussa he fought them all in the first 4years of his professional career what about Kell Brook?

He's beat the EBU former champion Matthew Hatton

Look at what Kazuto Ioka has done in his first 10 fights.

It's obvious that talent dictates your progression in the professional ranks.

Clottey is indeed a monumental stepping stone. He's sure to give Brook a hard 12 rounds at championship level. If he isn't payed to dive. (Which I doubt).
