Where I live half of the cops are hispanic. But I agree if your a young man and hispanic the cops are more likely to **** with you. About half of the population is hispanic in New Mexico, but I can't speak for the rest of America. Look at Arizona is right next door to where I live and if you look mexican they can stop you ask you for your papers. How ****ed up is that

I give Morales a lot of credit for fighting this young guy. It was a good win For Garcia. I still think he needs to throw more punches and tighten up that defense. I felt like he needed to knockout Morales in the 11 round to really get people talking about him but he still fought well. I would like to see him fight Zab Judah next that would be another name on his resume if he fights him and wins.Comment

So Rios and Arreola aren't Latinos?Comment

As latinos as DLH, americans of hispanic decent. They're mex-americans. All three of them are (were) listed and rated as americans not mexicans, even on boxrec.
Regardless, to me it's all about where you were brought up. Your parents can teach you a lot about the culture but there are intangibles that you only acquire by living on the island/mex. An example is Margarito for mexico and Dulorme for pr.
Man i hate saying american when referring to the usa. It's only a part of the americas but they carry the tittle and the connotation.. but then again, what do you call em? uslandians? lolLast edited by caredjo; 03-27-2012, 03:48 AM.Comment
