How was Cotto taunting him? During fights a lot of times I watch the fighter's mouths to see if they are talking to each other and I didn't see Cotto's lips move at all. I saw Margarito talk a bit though.

Dude Margo was doing the taunting. Cotto almost never changes his expression on a fight.
