                            In 2010 they moved him to #1 over Pacquiao once Floyd and Mosley signed to fight. I don't know why, but they did. On the strength of his win over Margarito I'm guessin.

                                    yeah you are just guessing. just like i've been saying. they don't move guys just for signing to fight someone else. pac was number 1 since after he beat cotto. you don't have to agree with that ranking but that is the fact.
