If the Martinez-Chavez fight happens in Texas(one of the 3 states that has been mentioned as a possibility) they won't have any testing. Just so I don't lose you, Chavez have been tested zero times here(Texas).

So how can he be caught if he isn't even getting tested? Yes he was caught by Nevada cuz' he was tested. But, he hasn't been tested and won't in Texas. BTW his next fight in June is in Texas also. I wonder why? Could anyone guess why? So knowing this wouldn't this warrant Martinez demand to assure testing happens?
The point is, does he want a moral victory over Jr, or one in the ring. He probably realized he wasn't getting the fight anyway, and decided to pull a nice PR stunt. How many need moral victories over Jr does he need anyway?

Pretending this fight could happen, I agree he has legit concerns, so he should ensure that the WBC testing protocol be followed. Do so contractually. I don't see how Chavez can say no. This seems effective in finding whatever Chavez might be on, and it's less invasive than OST.

What do you think diuretic is used for? BTW, what was Chavez caught for? Would diuretic by any chance could help lose 8 pounds in 2 days? I don't want to go out on a limb or anything.

How are you suppose to look when you're using a diuretic to make weight? Do you think just because you take a banned substance that you're suppose to KO and destroy your opponents? Some PED's just help you for get this stamina. Just so you could fight just as hard in the last round as if it was the first. Not necessary to destroy and KO your opponent. How was Chavez stamina in the Rubio fight BTW after losing 8 pounds in 2 days and then gaining 21 pounds.

You said he isn't getting basic testing. But, he should. What is basic testing to you?
The DWI still does nothing for me. As far as I know, he could havde been training his but off and one day he decided to stop had have a drink and got caught driving after.

Furosemide can be use to mask other drugs or it can be used to prevent swelling and bleeding. In boxing, both cases are plausible. If I had to guess, I would say that he was probably using it to mask something.

I don't even care for Chavez. He is just riding his daddy's name. Martinez beats him either which way. I don't know why he is making demands that he knows that are going to be nothing but a roadblock. He can't make Chavez do anything more then the rules say, nor does he have the leverage. He should just move on instead of crying about it. It is a bs fight anyway and he Martinez knows it.

I mean, it's possible, but damn, he was arrested at 4am, that's an odd hour to be above the limit.

Chavez at 184lbs wins this fight

If Chavez can come in again at 184lbs he wins easily over the smaller 157 lb Martinez.

Ariza says Chavez didnt say no to any extra testing.

Sam said the fight was dead.

Lou is saying he is still in talks with Bob and its not dead

WBC is saying theyre going to strip whoever ****s up the negotiations?

I don't agree with not needing to do the test with Macklin. I mean what kind of BS is that? But, whatever. And, I understand the whole concern after Rubio. That was some shady stuff. It is what it is.
Macklin is a U.K. fighter. Doesn't he get random tests from the BBC like Amir Khan?

why are you always bringing up the official weigh-in weight of 157 for martinez vs the fight night weight of every possible opponant you mention? in this case, you compare martinez official weigh-in weight of 157 to chavez jr's fight nite weight of 184, but according to HBO vs rubio, jccjr's fight nite weight was 181, still alot, but off by 3 lbs...and martinez does not weigh 157 on fight nite, he weighs 170+ on fight nite.
