Dont know if it'll ever happen but @loudibella says he & Arum are in active discussions about @maravillabox vs Chavez, including tonight.

    Yep.

    They are still talking.

I hope it happens, but I wouldn't bet on it. Wonder why we're getting so many conflicting reports on negotiations from all these parties.

Dibella gets things done for the most part, hopefully we get Martinez-Chavez Jr. in the fall.

Any idea why everyone is so conflicted if they're talking or not? Sampson and WBC say they've stopped, DiBella confirms they are still. Weird if you ask me.

Both Arum and Dibella have confirmed the talks. Not sure where the misinformation came from.

I like the idea of Vanes getting a shot at Chavez Jr good fight if that happens.

What I'm getting is that Dibella is willing to budge from the OST demand. However, Martinez and Sampson are not.

So Dibella and Arum might be talking having the fight maybe without the OST. But, not sure if Sampson or Martinez will go through with it.

I see Martinez probably fighting Geale or Jermain Taylor next. While Chavez fights Vanes in June and then maybe Pavlik or even a Margarito late in the year.

Sergio needs to bend. I think he beats Chavez either way.

Not sure if this fight can happen otherwise.
