mayweather is different, he does not have raw power, thats why he can see himself defeating him, with pacman, he knows he can be seriously hurt which deteriorates you as the fight goes on, thus losing rounds.

First and last post here as all you will see on this threads is *******s gloating and *****s like yourself acting like he said something else (twisting the statements)

    edit

stop being thick and posting he says he would definitely beat pacman, he never said that, stop lying.
The young Roy Jones, Jr. would probably beat Floyd Mayweather, Jr., because basically Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and James Toney fight with the same style."
when you come back and start talking about Manny Pacquiao, ….. "You got to survive his power first, then you deal with him. That's still yet to be seen. Of course with my size I'll beat him (Pacquio).

Here is the whole quote in case you think I'm making it up or grasping at straws.

    • So what is that now, SRL, Hagler, RJJ, Hopkins and Toney, the top American middleweights of the past 30 years, all say they would have an easier time with Floyd than Pacquiao.

      Can they all be wrong?

Then again if you had the choice of fighting Pacquiao or Floyd, who would you chose?

Floyd, because you would get beat, but Pacquiao would beat you up.

Yes Roy is saying if Supermiddle Roy fights weltweight Pacquiao he wins. P4P he doesn't think he could.

But P4P against Floyd, easy night just like Toney, will make Floyd look foolish.

If JMM could do it, there is no question as to whether a prime RJJ would annihilate him.

Jones supposes that he would beat Floyd based on beating the then #1P4P Toney who is also a defensive genius.

Pac's only chance is a puncher's chance. Meaning he has little skill that would help him in the match but there's a possibility that he could land a lucky punch.
JMM couldn't do it. He came close but it was not enough. He still lost. That's a fact and not an opinion, and it's in the record books. Deal with it

Id expect thats how you'd interpret it. Then again you don't think jabs count in fights so your reasoning is seriously in doubt.
