Comments Thread For: Roy Jones: I'd Beat Mayweather, Pacquiao a Tough Style

Roy is saying between Pac and Floyd, Pac will be the harder fight. He's saying he would probably beat Floyd, but not sure if he can beat Pac, P4P.
He's not saying that he will lose to Pac, but he would have to overcome more adverseties against Pac than Mayweather.
That's how I see it.

POINT is, we comparing 2 diff weight class fighters. Of course Roy wins, not cause his special gifts either
How about Floyd/Pac the same size vs Roy. Now talk that

Here's what I don't understand.
A lot of Pac fans in this thread are quick to say "styles make fights".
They say just because JMM basically beat Pac, that doesn't mean that RJJ would, because they have different styles. This is true, I agree with this.
But what's funny is those same fans that say the above, don't acknowledge that Mayweather is JMM on steroids, including stylistically.
This is what I'm talking about when I say Pac fans see and hear what they want to see and hear.

So no, he is not a clown for this.
The question should have been what about you and Dawson or Joe

So again how is Roy clown.
And, yes you can talk about who would win in a fight at a weight-class where both fought at the same weight-class.
Yes you can point out that Floyd and Pac would be in a disadvantage at 154 against Roy in size. But, then you can say the both would have the advantage of being seasoned vets while Roy would be in a disadvantage of being green at 154.

Does he have a video version of the whole interview with Roy? I think it is kinda weird that dSource quote-mined this down to like 2-3 sentences. Roy usually has a bit more to say about things.
Funny thing is yesterday 95% of the Pinoy probably thought Roy was only an announcer for HBO and 95% of the Floyd stans would have probably listed him as one of their top 5 fighters.
Now the pinoy are all, "BRAVE AND LEGENDARY WARRIOR ROY JONES JR" and the Mayweather fans are calling him the most overrated fighter ever.
