Being #10 P4P is meaningless. That's like being #10 hottest chick-- not much difference between 10, 9, 11, 13, etc.

Being #1 is what counts: Floyd, Pac, and by the end of the year, JCC JR.

You literally have no idea what you're talking about. The person who nominated Gamboa wasn't a "GBP" guy and the others supporting him in the debate about it weren't for the most part either.

What you're saying points out the inevitable look of a conflict of interest that they deal with (and there is no doubt it's there). It had NO bearing on how he ended up there.

Im a HUGE Gamboa fan but he probably didn't deserve that #10 spot, yet anyway. Then again I don't think Donaire deserves #4 either so I don't really go by these p4p lists any more.

why should Anselmo Moreno be on the top 10 list? Yes he looked great against Vic but he also had several fights where he didn't look good and were very close.

Let's not overrate Moreno because he looked great against a guy that is tailor made for him.

I never thought most of those fights were that close and he's a road warrior of the highest order. How many guys could go on the road as often and not get robbed? Moreno is a bad dude. I could see a logjam of consideration with him, Gamboa, and a few other guys. Gamboa got the nod.

Wasn't my pick but hardly any grounds for sweat and no conspiracy.

he should get credit for being a road warrior and getting the wins. But I've watched those close fights and he didn't look nearly as good as he did against Vic and he has struggled a bit. There was 1 of those fights for sure where the scores were closer than it actually was but he has had a couple pretty close fights as well.

I'm just saying I don't think it's absurd at all not to have him on the top 10 list. He's indeed a good fighter but I'm not going to say he's top 10 just yet.
