Only cheaters refused random testing,and make all sorts of excuses not to take a test and only d*** riders defend a fighter who don`t want to be tested.

i believe Pacquiao was cycling the roids out his system that`s part of the reason he looked like crap against Marquez,another reason is because Marquez has good boxing skills and was`nt weight drained,Plus Pacquiao has the boxing I.Q of an amateur.

I sm not gonna bash Cotto for giving up to the demand of Floyd. Cotto knows that the only way to get a fight with Floyd is with OST. Cotto knows that even if he losses, his gonna get his biggest payday of his career. If he wins, he knows the reward that will come with it. Cotto's status will go up and will have leverage in negotiation if there is a rematch with Floyd or against Pac.

Pac already said he agrees to the testing. And why did suddenly Floyd ask OST against Pac. How come he didn't think that Oscar, Hatton, JMM, Gatti, Baldo, and others that they might be taking PED's also.

You can say Floyd is a clean fighter now when he first have his OST test against Mosley. But his fights before that, its questionable if his clean.

Yeah after 2 years Pac "agreed",according to Koncs Pacquiao said Pac will take the random testing as long as he not tested the day of the fight.And the reason Floyd did`nt ask for the fighter you mentioned above not take a test is because he did`nt think about it then.

Once Floyd realized their was something fishy about Pacquiao he realized that if Pacquiao is taking something,and Mosley never got caught but admitted to using PEDs,then alot of people might be taking PED`s and getting away with it cause the boxing testing standards is not sufficient enough to catch all PED`s.So he decided on Random testing.

I truly did not believe Pac was on anything. But the fact that he flat out refused and the fact that everyone is willing to be tested is not making things look good for him.
