Of course Cotto agrees with OST because he is a true sportsman. The thing is why do ignorant people make excuses for Pacquaio? Pacquiao is a cheater for avoiding testing in my book because a clean fighter would never avoid testing in any way. A man that would even flinch at the thought of testing is a cheater.

Bottom line is that Clean fighters have nothing to fear. IMO Pacquiao is not the only one juicing this days. There's a large group of cheaters in Boxing today. Some just walk aways from legal testing after a fight and get support from Organizations.
In a contact sport like Boxing, we are taking about risking lives and I have NO Fcking sympathy for the drug users who risk the lives of other boxers for greed and hunger for fame. Fighters who cheat should be banned for LIFE and prosecuted by law. All fighters should show that they are clean, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

I was beginning to think that Floyd was starting to fall off the deep end with not offering Roidster 50/50. But the more I think about it I say to myself "Why make Pac an even player in the game when the bastard has been cheating all this time?"

Floyd offered Pac 40 large guaranteed, 20 of that up front. For a fighter that doesn't take nearly that kind of money home on any of his past fights, that was awfully generous. Floyd knows the market, and he knows what the Roidster is worth.

I think if Manny Pacquiao wasn't with Bob Arum then he wold have taken it. whether or not Pac was on the juice is something we will never know unless someone from his camp gets disgruntle and writes a tell all book. But to refuse a random blood test does raise eye brows. But, this was more of an ego match then anything.
