Don't want to be the one to beat a dead horse but if Manny would have just agreement to the tests back in 09 then the fight would have been happening in 2010. There is absolutely no excuse why Pac couldn't agree to the tests if he was A.Clean and B.Wanted the fight. Pac fans say Floyd didn't and don't want the fight but made/make so many excuses for Pac ducking the tests then going to fight Clottey and going back on his word to the fans about taking a lesser share to make the fight with Floyd. Not saying Pac should have taken less but he set himself up both times and then blames it on Floyd. Glad Cotto spoke up about this. At the end of the day though. Boxing is mega corrupt from promoters to judges to fighters.

Cotto wouldn't let the opportunity to fight Floyd pass. Nobody is surprised if he takes the test.

ever notice that during the mayweather-marquez fight, HBO couldn't go one second without talking about the catchweight? flip over to pac-cotto or pac-margarito and it's greater than duran type stuff. manny pacquiao is treated like the william hung of boxing, nobody wants to talk about his dirt. he's become a prop. the antithesis to floyd's bad guy image, yet all very much the same. his fanbase can't seem to grasp this, maybe they just choose not to, and they spend countless hours trashing the other guy without knowing or realizing it. i always get a laugh at the irony. floyd is upfront about his shit, he wants to be the bad guy who does bad things. i can't respect sneaky motherfuckers with a fake smile on their face like pacquiao. people on his nuts eat that shit up.
