I sm not gonna bash Cotto for giving up to the demand of Floyd. Cotto knows that the only way to get a fight with Floyd is with OST. Cotto knows that even if he losses, his gonna get his biggest payday of his career. If he wins, he knows the reward that will come with it. Cotto's status will go up and will have leverage in negotiation if there is a rematch with Floyd or against Pac.

Pac already said he agrees to the testing. And why did suddenly Floyd ask OST against Pac. How come he didn't think that Oscar, Hatton, JMM, Gatti, Baldo, and others that they might be taking PED's also.

You can say Floyd is a clean fighter now when he first have his OST test against Mosley. But his fights before that, its questionable if his clean.

OST should be mandatory by all sanction bodies on all pro-fights. There should be no questions about it. Radom during TNG, and imediately after the fight.
