I agree wholeheartedly. A trainer is a kind of teacher. Just imagine having difficulty understanding what your instructor is trying to impart. How can you execute when you don't even know the directions? For this very reason, I was happy when Rigondeaux picked up Salas as his trainer. Ronnie Shields is good, but he doesn't speak Rigo's language. This lack of communication is especially concerning between rounds in a tough fight.
