I think the weak opposition got to him.... honestly, Wonjongkam should and could be able to beat him. He's been fighting a string of weak opposition lately, the live opponent must've shocked him. Jaro was a beast though. He trained 2 months for this and put in 130 rounds of sparring.. hats off to him.

          wow that's a major upset.

maybe he underestimated jaro too much. for a flyweight, jaro has some serious power so he's always dangerous although he got a suspect chin too. he just caught pong early in the fight and pong never recovered.

and lol at people suddenly questioning pong's p4p status as soon as jaro knock him out...no one complained about it before.

It's funny that Jaro's handlers say the only way he could win was by KO, but ay the time of the stoppage Jaro was ahead on all the score cards..It's was a nasty TKO & the ref should have stopped it when Wonjongkam went down(the 1st time in that 6th round) cause he was out when he got up..Very good win for Jaro in this upset victory & what makes it better was that this was Wonjongkam 25th title fight & his only lost before this 1 in title fights was by decision against Daisuke Naito..

A lot of people seem shocked, to be honest, I'm not at all surprised.

I saw this coming a mile off, I knew he was going to lose sooner or later. He's been on a visible decline for quite a while now.

Not that I thought Jaro would beat him, but, I'm not surprised he lost because I knew it was coming.

He's lucky the fight with Segura was never made.
