We could blame Pac or we could blame Floyd for this fight not happening.I think it's time to move on. I blame Bob Arum for trying to make this ****** outdoor venue that was suppose to be an extra 40 million for the fighters. Knowing that Floyd had to turn himself in on june 1st and the venue was not going to be done until late May. Then you have Floyd not giving Pac a 50/50 split not even nothing from PPV which is dumb. Floyd is talking about he'll wire 20 million in 72 hours and will guarantee a total of 40 million which is still dumb. PPV on it's own is 150 million which Floyd wants to himself. What Floyd needs to realize is that they both need each other to make the most money in history.

Now we could see how Foyd demand of Olympic Style blood testing on the first negotiation as just his way out not to fight Pac before! NOw his statement is much bolder, he don't want part of Pac, ever regardless Pac had agreed of Floyd's demand on blood test! He is more on greed for money than showing how he would beat Pac!

No, it's not because at the time, if Manny had agreed to take the tests the fight would have happened. It's just too bad that your Pinoy idol was too scared to take a few blood tests. Maybe he was hiding something?
