"I believe Chisora slapped Vitaly at the instigation of Boente". THAT is an opinion! The consensus is Boente is acting like a jilted school girl. And if opinions are no longer allowed in Germany than today has something very in common with 1941 Germany, doesn't it? Dope.Comment

Going to court to bring a restraining order into effect against someone has nothing to with 1941 Germany, it's more of an American tradition. And claiming the weigh-in slap (which was actually fined with 50,000 $) is Boente's fault without backing it up with any evidence surely doesn't fall under "stating your opinion", it's speculative accusation.
If you think you're right about this how about a wager? Ill bet this frivolous lawsuit goes nowhere. If I win you put my avatar as your own for a month. If I lose I'll give you half my points. We on?Comment

Stating " I believe" makes it an opinion. If he had said "I can prove" it becomes an unsubstantiated allegation if not backed up. You should learn the differentce. And filing the lawsuit isn't what I was comparing to **** Germany. The comparison is if people are no longer allowed to voice their opinions.

Boente's a ****. But that doesn't mean you can go around saying statements which can potentially damage his standing without proof. And if Huck had proof he should have said how he knows the incident was staged instead of dropping a hint and not going anywhere with it.Comment

It probably won't go anywhere. But you can voice an opinion, so long as you back it up, otherwise it's potentially defamatory. Saying "I think" is ridiculous, otherwise the whole body of law is useless as you can simply prefix every potentially defamatory statement with "I think". You wouldn't like it if someone said you engaged in prohibited activities with children but simply said "I think" before it making it legal.
