Done. Easy as that.
I could be wrong, infact I probably am seeings as everything is always complicated, and covered in red tape along with "certain procedures" here there and everywhere whenever World governing bodies are concerned.... But for the WBC to officially ban a fighter from partaking in anything which they sanction, then that person has to be a licence holder of the regional board of control, or athletic commission etc which has jurisdiction over the country in which the fighter in question is a citizen or permanently resides in.... In Haye's case it's the BBBofC.

With that in mind, the WBC cannot officially ban Haye because he doesn't hold a licence. Of course, they would ban him proper should he ever become a licence holder once again.

A similar situation of events a few year back was what prompted me to look into this stuff, so like I said, things might of changed now regarding the details and fine print of all this BS.

Or he can simply not fight for a WBC title.

What a joke. And what a shock the WBC wants a "fine."

A "fine" is the new "sanctioning fee."

WBC has no way to enforce anything. Just don't pay it.

I think Chisora should get some form suspension from boxing but who cares what the WBC thinks or does.

              ^^^^This, exactly^^^^^

Suliaman's high horse was nowhere to be found when Solis accused Saul Alvarez of attacking him and knocking his teeth out. They simply just offered up Saul's brother... seeing as there was no video proof and all. But, they have no problems whatsoever of stripping a guy of their belt (all the while keeping their high priced membership dues) and practically GIVING it to the fighter with the highest drawing power by creating "vacant" belt championship fights.

It's very clear that the WBC picks and chooses what rules to follow, and when the sport of boxing is a "gentlemens sport" and when it's not. It's fkng disgusting and someone should honestly be investigating their sorry, corrupt ass organization.

I don't see it on the WBC web site.
The source IS the WBC itself. Straight from the horses mouth.

That was a pretty rambling statement.

Does that mean he can still fight for other titles or in non-title fights?

Hope Vitali's next defense is interrupted by Chisora running into the ring, decking both fighters with a steel chair and running of with the WBC title.

At some point you can't help but laugh when you see some of the more sleazy people of the world acting all self righteous and indignant. Emphasis on the word "acting."
