I mean sure it will be Rios's fault cause he signed the contract. But if he's drained which people gotta accept, is a VERY possible scenario, him signing the contract cause he's gonna make a career high pay day and thought he could make the weight won't change anything.

There are excuses and there are facts....everyone knows this is a last ditch effort by Rios to make this weight so he could participate in this mini-mega fight.
