Chisora's performance puts Adamek's performance into perspective....

In other words you can't come up with one.
And who said anything about his adjusting to my liking? Im pointing out a fact.Comment

From Adamek, I saw a lot of jabbing to the body..... And really nothing else but standing there and taking it. Haye was in retreat mode the whole fight, landed one or two good overhands and didn't follow them up, just went back to being a ***** waiting to show everyone his toe after an incredible amount of hubris and disrespect leading up. Both ******, apples and oranges. Haven't seen Chisora/Vitali yet, but he can't be worse. Adamek does certainly win out in the class department over the other two though.Comment

Because both Wlad and Vitali's opponents have been putting up similar hapless efforts for years now.
And the Haye and Adamek performances were compared a lot since they were within 2 months of each other.Comment

Everyone gives Haye crap about his game plan, but yet it was the one I knew he was going to use. I think his game plan was to try to have Wlad pissed off enough to try to KO him and walk into traps. You can't just go straight in on Wlad or he will 1-2 you to death. To his credit Wlad was smart enough not to take that bait, but he made no real attempt to live up to his words of taking him out either. It was 2 guys in the ring scared of the others power.Comment

In fact, I saw no need for any adjustment.
He was winning, comfortably.
Why adjust?.. as long as he kept doing what he was doing he was going to win.
When he's losing and can't adjust, in order to win the fight.. then maybe use that line of thinking.Comment

The line of thinking Im using is he shouldn't have had the problems he did. Had that of been a more experienced fighter he may have better exploited Vitaly who either couldn't or didn't know how to make adjustments. Is that the advice you would give his trainer too? "When he's losing and can't adjust, in order to win the fight..then use that line of thinking". That makes a lot of sense. Why fix something now when you can just wait until its to late.

Adamek simply wasnt good enough, plus he had a big size disadvantage
Chisora is nothing special by the way, dont get me wrong hes a solid heavy with a good chin but hes limited, the division used to be full of guys like him in the 80s/90sComment
