Lennox Lewis vs Rocky Marciano

lmao@ the thought of a 5'7, boxer weighing in at 175 beating a giant like Lennox
maybe in a hollywood movie or a comic book, but in reality zero chance
would he be allowed to use a step ladder?Comment

Mike Tyson, by the same source, 5'10.
Lewis is 6'5
Vitali is 6'7 .
Yet you favour Tyson against Vitali, your words:
" Tysons height wud be more of a problem for Klit than the other way around".
Now I can see Tyson give a lot of problems to Vitali, in spite of the size disadvantage, but it seems to me you have double standards.
I honestly think Lewis would be favoured, but I don't understand how it's going to be a 2nd round knockout.Comment

This is what I don't understand either. Marciano is being completely underrated and disrespected.Comment

Marciano had bombs for hands and a chin made of granite. Lewis has height but no stamina, while on the other hand Marciano could fight a 15 rounder, be hit on a constant basis; yet apply so much pressure he would find an opening and knock you out.
Prime example, Willard 6'6" fight with Dempsey 6'1" and Dempsey the small man punished him; to make the worst beating in boxing history. Do I think Rocky and Lennox fight would happen like that, No.Comment

I don't get how Marciano gets stopped in the 1st when he is better and more durable than those who made it past the first round against either Tyson or Foreman. Frazier made it to 2 against Foreman, yet Marciano arguably has the better chin and defense.

Dempsey Beat Willard. A man who was considered to be the largest boxers in the history of boxing, got demolished by Dempsey! And this was no movie or comic book.Comment

Let's not forget Lewis's two KO/TKO loses, both men 6'2" (not huge men like the Klitschko's) and both where before the 6th round. A 2nd round TKO by McCall and the 6th round KO by Rahman.Comment
