What is the requirements of an ATG?

not that I think pac is top 5 (lol), but he only had one fight at 135 so that's a silly thing to say considering he moved up and fought bigger & better names.

The plan was for pac to move up to 135. They tested the water fighting a safe fight with David Diaz. The plan was to stay there, however the crazy idea of fighting Oscar was brought up, then it became reality and the rest is history.

If that was the case then i would say thats ok.. I understand he was testing the waters with Diaz and the Oscar fight was big business..

If thats the case amd he was just testing the water and notcherry pickinga title i will admit in that statement i was wrong...

Lightweight was a great division then and i would have loved to see him fight Casamayor for the Lineal title

WTF are you talking about? Don't compare Ali's issues with Manny's non-issues.

Pac's an ATG.

But he's not a top 5. You might be able to argue top 25 or 20.
