Donaire didn't have the same kind of flash, pop in punches, his face was peppered red by jabs where mares has a better jab and better all around skill than wv2. He tired late where mares would jump on it and bully him around the ring at this point. He was big for the lower class but not big here. Mares can box, brawl, and take punch.
