Donaire and Rigo are not the kings in the division. Vazquez Jr and Nishioka are the ones.

True, in the sense that WV2 and Nishioka are higher rated. But Nonito is a star P4P fighter who's expected to rise to the top at 122, and Rigo is widely expected to be his main competition. After Donaire and Vasquez fight on Saturday, there will be one less man in the equation.

Vazquez Jr. isn't a king of the division, he just lost to Arce. Nishioka is for now the best at 122. But I think Rigondeaux has the talent to beat everyone in the division despite having nine pro fights due to his pedigree and skill. Donaire would beat Nishioka but I think he would have a really hard time vs Rigondeaux.

Donaire is wasting his time looking at Vazquez and Arce. He should fight Nishioka next unless he loses. Since Donaire wants to move up to 126, he should fight Rigondeaux at 126. I think Rigondeaux has a chance to fight Donaire at 126 in the future if he keeps winning and calling Donaire out; they at least have the same douche promoter, Arum.

I'd love to see this fight. I wouldn't mind if they waited, but no more than a year.

No way Rios could cut down to 130 much less 128. Rios is too big for Donaire.

Likely future matchups for Donaire: Arce, Nishioka, 126 tune up, Juanma.

Donaire is more likely to fight Juanma and Gamboa before fighting Rigondeaux imo.
