    Donaire is a coward

I told everybody when Rigondeaux beat Ramos that Donaire would duck him and run for his life, and I was right. I predict that Donaire will avoid Russell jr. As well when Russell cracks the top ten. Donaire should of never been considered p4p best in the world , especially when he's not willing to fight the best.

Never heard of boxer with 9 fights get a shot at super stardom. It's just crazy. Kid is like a free loader. He ain't beat nobody.Sure Casey and Ramos are legends. But still, 9 fights? come on!! too easy. He needs more fights agaisnt better boxerers and thus more deserving of a SHOT like Senior Gamboa.

Donaire needs to man up, he already ducked another Cuban and instead of moving up to battle the big boys (guys his own size) he stayed down to fight midgets and moved up when the coast was clear.

Rigo hopefully has at least 5 prime years left, so enough time to get some good fights. His style should allow him to not take a lot of punishment, and eventually the best can't duck him forever. I fully thought Ramos was going to find a way out of that fight, but then of course once it started he didn't actually want to fight anyway.

Ramos didn't want to fight at all. He's a legend and all that. But kid did not want to fight. DO HE HAVE THE HEART OF CHAMPION? HE'S A LEGEND. But my golly he was scared to fight that night not like Mexicans who are not afraid to die or get KTFO.

              Greetings Nonito,

I have watched a couple of videos where you were asked if you intend to fight the Cuban Rigondeaux, to which you answered NO because you believe the cuban is “boring” and that would hurt the fans and boxing overall.

As a boxing fan that I am, I believe you bring up that justification as an excuse to not jeopardize the millions of dollars that you represent for Arum and others around you, including yourself, because you all see losing the fight against Rigondeaux. In another video you said you would fight whoever boxer your fans ask from you. Is it so you don't have to take on Rigondeaux's challenge? Now I ask you: Have you not read or haven't anyone around you mentioned to you of the amount of people that are basically demanding this fight happens? Even your own fans would love for this fight become a reality Mr. Donaire. Don't you think you should consider backing up your own words. Why do you shield up behind the term "boring"? Is it fear maybe? If not be a man of a word and step up to the plate.

I know this is business, but will a fight with Vazquez Jr. or even Jorge Arce be more exciting for fans than a fight against the Cuban? Why do you want to fight against an old and poor quality boxer like Arce when you well know that the Mexican has no chance to win? Rigondeaux is likely to be more technical and stronger than you. You say you want to fight the best, Rigondeaux is arguably the best at 122 pounds, besides you.

If you want to leave a great legacy behind as a great fighter, then you should stop avoiding the good fighters that once challenged you, but you chose to hide your face because those fighters were "boring" according on your point of view.

Rigondeaux does not hurt the fans or boxing. Examples like your attitude right now against the requests of your fans, your own fans, is what is hurting boxing today. The fans want competitive fights. Rigondeaux is already a champion at 122, he is a skilled boxer, with power, speed, accuracy, defense. What else you need from Rigondeaux?

              Fan base? Please Nonito...

Arum already destroyed what could had been a great fight between Lopez-Gamboa by being greety, delaying it on purpose when the fans were screaming for it. Now it seems that Donaire-Rigondeaux suffer the same fate.

People don't want fights that are not competitive. What boxing supporters want is quality fights.
Be a real man and accept to meet in the ring with the WBA Super Bantamweight Champion Guillermo Rigondeaux. That Mr. Donaire is what the boxing world is waiting after your fight against Vazquez Jr.

TR will never make this fight, just like they will never make the Mayweather-Pacquiao. Greed Arum will never risk his biggest pawns.

There are approximately 1.5 million Cubans in the United States. About one million live in Florida. It may not always seem this way, but we're a tiny sliver of the U.S. population.
