It doesn't matter if Pac said he would take less. Arum never agreed to less than 50-50. If Mayweather will not make the fight for 50-50, he is letting his monsterous ego get in the way just like Arum has many times. It has always been an out of control ego power-play and none of these guys is going to sumbit to the other. No fight, ever.

I think BOTH SIDES ARE HOLDING UP THE FIGHT but I think the person who is really holding up the fight is Bob Arum...because Manny says one thing while in the Philippines (I WILL TAKE THE TEST, I WILL TAKE THE LESSER SPLIT) when Arum and Koncz is not around, then when he comes to the US, all of a sudden things Change and they start to CONTROL HIM

Makes no damn sense to negotiate for a fight in November when you don't even know who you will fight in May, funny how people (BOB ARUM) say they are "READY TO NEGOTIATE" but they don't make any attempt to get in contact with the People who represent the fight they "SUPPOSEDLY WANT TO FIGHT"
