Pretty simple really, logical and valid reason.
Floyd is one desperate dog holding on to something that was quoted by a journalist last month before the venue and date became a major issue..... while pretending Pacquiao didn't come out with an official statement on his site addressed to Mayweather last week regarding negotiations stating the fight has to be 50-50...... which Pacquiao reinforced in that telephone conversation a few days ago, as Floyd admitted in his email to ESPN.
This is a non-issue, Floyd demanding more than 50-50 confirms him as the biggest ducker in the history of the sport.Comment

I think this article paints a better picture of the purse issue. Even if it is from Pacquiao's website. I just wish it came from Pacquiao directly, or from Floyd even. The lack of specifics relayed to the media is what causes 15 identical threads @ 40 pages a piece.From Pac's website:

Greedy mofo. Both of these guys are greedy mofos. This is disappointing to say the least, yet Manny showed zero interest in this one even before the split issue. He (Floyd) agreed to 50% in 2010. Why does he want more now??? Goddamn Floyd, why is he jumping on a PR statement by Manny?? Everyone knows it's really Money Pacquaio.
