Mayweather Doesn't Need Schaefer OR GBP; Promote Himself!

Floyd is always talking about himself in the 3rd party. Leave GBP & Schaefer out of the mix, and represent yourself, and put more money in your pocket, leaving those two rubes out of the mix. Mayweather seems to think he's larger than life, bigger than Boxing. Then promote yourself. Ray Leonard did it when he fought Marvin Hagler. What do you need GBP & Schaefer for; because behind all your bling, you can't read? You're illiterate, and don't understand contracts? Let's go big shot... step up to the table with Bob Arum and sign your paperwork. It's disgusting how the best of the best back in the day, could step up and make the Original SUPER-FIGHTS happen, and often. And promoters never got in the way of making fights happen. Mayweather has only said 500-600 times now that Al Haymon is his go-to guy. Wonder why Arum never brings him up when claiming he doesn't know who to talk to.

I don't know how many times you people need to be told that Mayweather's camp has called Bob Arum several times already and have been told that they aren't interested in fighting Mayweather. Bob all but confirmed this in this very article, but he says that he didn't answer the phone because he didn't know if Golden Boy was involved - even though they've been involved in most of Mayweather's recent fights.

Meanwhile, he's perfectly fine with negotiating with Ross Greenburg, who has absolutely no history of negotiating with Floyd Mayweather's camp - and this is even after Ellerbe went on record when those reports came out and said that no negotiations were taking place: ("Who are they negotiating with? Themselves?") -

He was also perfectly fine without building a temporary stadium in these alleged negotiations with Ross Greenburg, but says that this fight desperately needs a temporary stadium this time around, even though some of the biggest fights in boxing history have taken place in MGM.

I agree....all the evidence that Bob avoided the fight is in the article. He confirmed it himself and people are still arguing whether its Floyd's fault.
