Nothing new to me. But this particular fight is so big on itself that it dosen't really need a huge boxing date.

If only that idiot didn't have to go to jail. There would be no weasling out of this one for Roach and co.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. Media manipulation of public perception. They've been chasing him for 2 years but they ducking the tests. Only the *******s and the May haters will eat this bowl of crap. They chased Floyd by choosing Margarito. Choosing Mosley right after, and choosing Marquez before they even began the fight with Mosley. This is the 1st time in a year that they actually left some time in between fights to begin talks. They are full of it and no matter what the headlines read, they're dodging Floyd. Marquez spanked Pac. Mayweather would kill him. They know it, we know it, and everyone who's in their right mind knows it as well.

"Chasing Floyd for two years"?? The fight was SUPPOSEDLY a done deal TWO years ago but the testing issue SUPPOSEDLY squashed it. Look, the Pac team KNEW all along that Floyd was going to insist on testing. We ALL knew. It was no surprise nor a military secret but a good enough excuse to kill the deal. Was Manny's system to 'dirty' to be tested back then? We'll probably never know. Whatever, NOW he says that he's NOW SUPPOSEDLY willing to submit to the SAME testing that he could've done TWO years ago?? hmmm... Makes me wonder. Yes, the fight is NOW worth more now that it was two years ago, that's for sure. But NOW we're getting more and more and MORE excuses. What are we SUPPOSEDLY to believe?? Oh well....

Where there is a will there is a way. The arguments presented have already bee completely absurd ''Got to find investors'', ''Building a new stadium'', and ''The cut needs 6 months to heal''. Would you really put it passed them to say things along the lines ''It will effect Pacquiao's defamation case against Mayweather'', ''It will damage his political career'' ( Already suggested by Arum).

They have plenty of jokers in their hands.

Well the excuse/rationale for not accepting the May 5th date is that they need more time to promote the fight. Wait no, Pacquiao's cut needs to heal. Wait no, they need to build a new temporary stadium to maximize revenue. Wait no.....
Get it? If you believe rhat the fight is big enough not to need the May 5th date, then you shouldn't even entertain those BS excuses. People like you insist upon questioning Mayweather and why he can't bend over backwards to appease Team Pacquiao, yet refuse to question Team Pacquiao in the least. The guy is shoveling you **** and all you can say is "Thanks, more please". You shouldn't ask why Should Team Pacquiao accept the May 5th date, you should be asking "why not?".

Hahahahaha. That's all that's being said. I stopped listening to and reading interviews from them after the first episode of 24/7 for Margs.

well given that he'll only ever take a fight that he's pretty much guaranteed to win, then it's not quite as brave as it may seem
