this is more bull**** from Arum. What is the crap about someone guaranteeing Floyd's half? The promoter of record collects all the money and pays both fighters and guarantees their payment. Arum wants to be the promoter of record, but he wants someone else to pay Mayweather's cut? it means floyd is guaranteed to get x amount of money regardless of how the fight does financially.

basically it means the promoters would ge into pocket and lose money if the fight didn't cover it. Which is a non-issue here since it will shatter ppv-records.
