I would say its a problem, since Arum stated Pacquiao cannot start sparring til April(2 months training=June), because of the cut he suffered against Marquez....oh wait, that wasn't a issue for Pac vs Marquez IV, I believe Arum stated Pac may fight someone else on May 5 or around that time, oh wait Arum was looking at four different opponents to fight in early May....oh wait, now that Mayweather has his sentenced pushed back to June....let's set a June date, because the judge will surely give him a second extension, since the first one was based on a May 5th bout...oh wait.......exactly I'll just wait, because I'm not particually a fan of either guy, but anyone with a brain can see the problem is Bob Arum, not Mayweather, not Pac(although his "its up to my promoter excuse is lame)...also how many times do you want him to call his bluff, as soon as Bob Arum announced they have no problem with random blood testing up until the fight, Mayweather/Camp announced the May 5th date and Pac was who he wanted.....Arum spit venom and lies on that tactic too and its obivious you believe all the **** that comes out of his mouth.

Er... $40m divided by an additional 30,000 seats is an average of $1,300 per extra seat. So Bob's trying to tell us that people are going to be willing to pay out over $1,000 for a seat that'll be further from the ring than the cheapest MGM Grand seats. Riiiiiight.

Floyd isn't going straight to jail so he can fight on May 5th. He's going to fight on that date.

first of all, they (pac/mayweather) still needs to negotiate...not like its gonna happen any time soon. second, how do you know all the logistics of getting a temp venue up by april 22? third, if you can generate as much as up to another 40 mil in revenue, why not delay a pac/mayweather fight a couple weeks later? i thought gayweather was all about the $$$??? i mean, a smart businessman would do just that just to make the extra $$$, and we're talking about an additional 40 mil, not 40 thousand.

Think also from Vegas perspective. Instead of 16,000+ coming to the city for the fight and spending for hotels, casinos, etc., it will be 40,000+. For a city that depends on more people spending more, that's increasing the potential gains by 250%.
