So lets see if I have this straight.

Mayweather announces that we has reserved a date on May 5th. Ellerbe says they want the "little guy" (Manny Pacquiao)

Arum says he is not sure about mayweather in May because he wants to make a 4th fight with Marquez. Even states that he wants to make sure he is "safe" when he travel to Mexico.

Then of course after many fans voice their opinion, about now wanting a 4th fight with Marquez, Bob Arum then says that a cut Pacquiao suffered in the Marquez fight will prevent him from fighting in May. So the only time he will fight is June.

Later of course we find out Mayweather has pleaded guilty and is sentenced to 6 months in jail (3 suspended) and will be in jail starting January.

Of course immediately Bob comes out and says there are four options for Pacquiao (Marquez, Cotto, Peterson, Bradley) and could be ready to fight by May 5th.

Then Mayweathers sentence gets suspended in order for him to fulfill his obligation to Vegas and have his fight in May.

Suddenly Arum goes on the defensive and says no, its impossible for Pacquiao to fight May 5th, only in June. Only in June, because of his cut.

Floyd Mayweather goes on twitter and calls out Pacquiao saying the date has not changed. Lets make it May 5th.

Now its because of the money. So it can only be done in late May.

My question to ALL fans in here is this: Can you see the consistency between one camp and the inconsistency between the other?

Late May? Temporary Stadium?

Make the fight happen already. What ever happend to money talks and BS walks? There is plenty of money on the high stakes table. All the fans have been reading and hearing is a bunch of nonsense. As for a temporary stadium, just stage the fight in Dallas Stadium and not waste time building a temporary venue. If you, Bob Arum feel that the fight needs to be in Nevada, I am sure that there is a college football stadium nearby with seats already in place waiting to accomodate fans eager to watch Pacman vs. Money May.

we could build a 2 story 2,500 square ft 3 car garage hous in a week. this idea has been since 2010. nevada ready mix will do the foundation if it goes through. my boss said todd wasnt interested at all when he called this morning.

Arum could simply make the fight, end of story.

I am 100% positive that they could find a suitable venue that would seat 40k people without the need to construct one.
