Why can't they just fight somewhere else that is bigger?? This is ridiculous. Arum is talking about losing about $7mil in building this stadium, why don't he just save it and fight somewhere else?? First is the CUT excuse, now is the STADIUM excuse. I know is not just me seeing all these excuses, just like the first negotiations about the needles etc...

If and only if Arum is telling the truth -which is not likely- then building said stadium is worth it for the extra 30-40 million dollar revenue. However, I can already tell he's full of crap because from now until then is enough time to get it ready by May 5th or even sooner. All I can suggest is not to use union workers or it'll get delayed and end up costing May and Pac's purses! I'm in a union, stfu it's a joke.

Except he has a contract with MGM to fight on the 5th. If he doesn't furfill that MGM will sue and he would lose more then what be would make by fighting in this bigger stadium.

That's your proof? "I doubt that" -- good luck on that one. He has NO CONTRACT with MGM. He plans to fight in May, that is all but certain. The courts decided it would be in the best interest of the local economy, to allow him to do so. (not a handshake agreement)

Well where is your proof that it's just an agreement and nothin official, since you want to play that way. The door opens both ways buddy. Everything everyone says is just speculation, none of us know what is actually going on. That being said the justice system doesn't work with heresay... You can't just say have somewhere to be during your sentence so the judge is gonna have to push it back.. LOL good luck running with that!

So the Nevada state justice system let Floyd go because he says he has an agreement with MGM? A sort of handshake deal? I reallllly doubt that. They have some sort of legal binding contract with MGM.

In that case, Mayweather reneged when he got sentenced to 6 months jail.

I am sure they understand the situation with Mayweather, and I am sure they understand the situation with Snake Arum.

It is 5 months away, re-booking will not cost them a cent other than what they would have made from the event, and I am sure they would be reimbursed a retainer/deposit/whatever.
