I don't think Chisora is a great fight or anything but he was very competitive against Fury and even hurt him a couple of times. I don't see how you can say otherwise. The scorecards don't tell the whole story in that fight.
Hahah pot meet kettle!! Funny how this works for this particular fight, but not. Vitaly's fight with Byrd.

So you now w a n t to equate the Byrd /Vitali fight that was stopped due to injuries with every OTHER fight where the scorecards didn't tell the true tale of the tape? Once a moron.. always...............!
If Vitali's TWO defeats were in sync with what the scorecards were saying... no one would even bother questioning them without feeling ****** in the process but the fact he fought 15 rds & won 12 of those rds while landing & throwing more shots.. including power punches & jabs as well & had to bow out because of medical reasons... how does one expect to give credit to his foes when they both did NOT engage in boxing 101 when it comes to winning a fight with your boxing skills & not your injury inducing ones... hell anyone can injure someone to try to get out of a fight.... look at Golota & Tyson... thing is they were properly awarded with losses on there records while Byrd & Lewis were awarded victories on there's because they were more subtle about it.
Go read the definition of forfeit & then go read the definition of winning by default of that forfeit & then go seek the synonym of all of that....>>> asss$ssterisk & then you'll see what;s rightfully missing on Chris Byrds & LL'S record vs Vitali Klitschko.... all BOX REC has is the PC version...... i gust gave you the C (CORRECT) one..... son!

I'm not even talking about the stoppage, you idiot. I'm talking about the double standards you clowns so often see fit to employ. Fact is that in spite of the scoring at the time V quit, Byrd was very competitive and the rounds were close. Your fellow nuthugger has claimed that didn't matter. So why wouldn't it matter for that fight but it does for this one? Answer: double standards.
He's rated higher because he didn't retire for 4 years. If Vitali had not retired, he would have likely 8-10 additional defences and likely a great all time resume. But it doesn't matter, we all know who would win the fight between the two.
Vitali is tougher but Wlad is the better boxer and is far harder to hit cleanly than Vitali is. He also has far more one-punch power than Vitali. I would favour Wlad to win a head to head; and whilst I can respect anyone who thinks Vitali would win, I don't think anyone who really knows boxing would see it as cut and dried, especially since Vitali has started to slow down a little in the past three years while Wlad has improved dramatically during that period. A lot of people put too much emphasis on how they were ten years ago, but Wlad has improved dramatically in the last 3-4 years, whereas Vitali peaked around the time of the Arreola fight.
Wlad is the lineal world Heavyweight champion because he beat Chagaev when Chagaev was universally ranked #3. And Wlad has a far better resume than Vitali, not only overall, but even since Vitali came back from retirement.

Twist it around all you like.. i knew exactly what you were deriving at. Byrd.. cowering on the ropes for the first half of the fight deftly frightened to be IKE'D out.. you call that competitive? You also call competitive.. the pitty pat featherfisted counters after Vitali shot his load with bomb throwing at Byrd.. competeitive? Or how about the more determined Byrd FLURRIES WHEN he realized he had only one good Vitali arm to contend with? The judges scored the rds correctly... they realized one fighter was fighting with REAL aggression throughout.. while the other one was posing trying to make it look like he's fighting throwing meaningless pancake punches after the other one was putting all the work in & yes those pancake punches were backing Vitali UP towards the end (at that point LENNOX'S mama would've backed him up as Vitali was fighting a much more painful opponent than Byrd's fists & that was his shoulder feaaling as if it's about to tear from it's socket... kapish)

I don't see why some people choose to embarrass themselves arguing that Vitali has the better resume.
The Byrd-Vitali fight was halfway competitive based on punch numbers only. Byrd may have landed almost as many shots as Vitali but his punches had nothing on them, were mostly jabs and he too inactive at first to have considered him being in the fight as far as victory goes. Vitali was injured and Byrd appeared to come on at the end but that was not fatigue, it was just an injury. It happens in boxing. End of story.

Viatli is a better fighter, there's no point in arguing it.
Also, for facts, Vitali held the lineal Ring title prior to Wladimir and didn't lose it in the Ring so Wlad having it now means nothing to me.
For all we know Vitali could have retired just so little brother could take the spotlight for a while. If you notice, he did come back after Wlad had things well in control.
