No they don't. The only one that could maybe (maybe) be ranked above lennox Lewis is Frazier, that's it. And I think Lennox has a stronger argument. The rest no chance.
I'd like to hear your arguments about Sonny Liston, Foreman and Holyfield being ranked above Lewis, I really do.Comment

You have not provided an argument yourself yet you are the one who protested. Posters like you are ignorant idiots. No they don't. The only one that could maybe (maybe) be ranked above lennox Lewis is Frazier, that's it. And I think Lennox has a stronger argument. The rest no chance.

Mainly because they have better resume's and beat better fighters. No they don't. The only one that could maybe (maybe) be ranked above lennox Lewis is Frazier, that's it. And I think Lennox has a stronger argument. The rest no chance.

Thinking Lewis is head an shoulders above the names listed, each of them having no argument is just outright wrong.
I don't even think Jab would agree to that who is probably the biggest Lennox Lewis fan on this site.Comment

holmes wasn't popular till the end of his career but IMO it has to be him.
Lewis took all challenges available to him, if only he and Bowe would had fought......Comment

Really, who has Holyfield beat that is better than the fighters Lennox beat (ie himself)? Lennox was more consistent, defended his title more times, avenged all his losses, beat Holyfield twice. Didn't lose to LHWs while in his prime (like Holyfield). I'd like to know how you rank Holyfield above him exactly.Mainly because they have better resume's and beat better fighters.

Liston above Lewis? Lol. Who did he beat that was as good as Holyfield for example? Liston doesn't have neither the big wins nor the longevity, ranking him above Lewis is a joke.
Foreman only defended his title twice while in his prime. He has great wins against Frazier, but so does Lewis against Holyfield. Plus Lewis has a much longer reign in his favour. So, no.Comment

Resume wise, it has to be Holmes or Lewis. Skill wise it has to be between Vitali and Lennox with Wladimir close behind. That's just my opinion.
H2H, Vitali takes any one of them barring injury.Comment

Pirao, I will take my comment from yesterday back and apologise.Really, who has Holyfield beat that is better than the fighters Lennox beat (ie himself)? It's funny how you can ragg on Vitali for his level of comp but in actuality, during Holmes' run, he faced pathetic competition mostly in comparison. It shows your true agenda.Lewis is going to win the poll based mainly on the sheer ignorance of the majority of NSB posters regarding anything pre-90's.
But it's Holmes. His resume has more depth, and lacks the KO losses to bums. Infact, his only 2 decisive losses in his entire 28 year career, were to 2 ATG Heavyweights (Holyfield & Tyson).
20+ consecutive championship level fights without a loss.
Nuff said.Comment
