How much credit will Floyd get for a Cotto fight May 5th and who do you have winning.

I am blaming my judgement of what I thought Pac was as a fighter. Like I said won't make that mistake again. Happy?Comment

I find it funny you criticize Pac for having a CW fight with Cotto but when Cotto wanted a CW with Margarito (and still got one at 153), you support it. Hypocrite much?
Do the numbers, Pac wanted Cotto at 143 which is 4 pounds below 147. The same amount that Cotto wanted at 150 from 154.Last edited by Lords; 01-08-2012, 01:42 AM.Comment

Cotto isn't Pac nor Oscar. Remember that kiddo.Comment

Not really. If Cotto had made Margarita go down to 149 or 48 then he would have been doing the same thing. Catchweight while going up in weight from your previous fight is not the same as going down in a catchweight while draining yourself. I think Cotto did that to Margarita for psychological reasons unlike Manny which he did for weight drainage kiddo.Comment

some advice: talk nothing about mismatches until no one remebers that **** predction you made late last year...

good night man, it's been fun!Comment

About 4 years too late, but an acceptable fight while he works up the stones to fight Pac. Floyd by easy UD.Comment

Remember when Cotto said a champion must defend his belt at the weight? Ahhhh you Cottosexuals were all praising those words.
LOL @ psychological reasons.....if someone who really cheated on you, you shouldn't have to think like that.
But anyways...this ain't going nowhere. Cotto can't do no wrong even if he's grinding on a fat man's lap.Comment

He also went down to 140 to fight Hatton before that. Not to mention, that most posters are in agreement here in early 2009 and late 2008 in unanimously sayin' that Pac should move down to 140 after the DLH fight...Comment

If he fights him at 154, he beat the number one ranked 154 pound fighter in the world and that's pretty impressive. Is Cotto prime? No, but he's still a hell of a fighter and I don't think he's lost that much. Liked what I saw with Diaz in the corner. I don't know if 147 drains Cotto, but obviously he doesn't like making that weight. 150? Cotto made 152 for Margo 2 with ease. He can make 150 and not sacrifice too much.Comment
