He can also fight the winner of Ortiz-Berto II, I'm sure either guy would be willing to move up to face him.

He is a viable PPV main event draw against almost any opponent and he can sell a viable amount of tickets anywhere. Not sell out of course, but he can draw 7-10k wherever he is.
Again, he's #3 in the US DEPENDING on what stadard you base it on.

Yes he is viable but I completely disagree with 7-10k anywhere. I very highly doubt he would make those numbers in the western and most of southern/mid states. Even some local attractions can't do that.

I mean it's really impossible to know that. I'm just going by coasts. There were over 7k in Vegas for the Mayorga fight I know, and that was out west in a fight that wasn't particularly big.

If my su****ions are correct. Arum has probably offered the Pacquaio fight to Cotto already, but the deal was unsatisfactory. Why else would Cotto go from claiming he's staying with Top Rank after the Margarito rematch to now leaving in the presence of when Pac's about to choose his next opponent (one of which was Cotto)?

Then why in the world was he hugging and kissing Bob Arum after the Margarito rematch, and told Bob publically (in his post fight interview with HBO)"I will be with you (TR) for always."?? I don't get it. Wouldn't it have been the perfect timing to have told Arum he was going out on his own, rather then tell millions of viewers and to Bob Arums face that he's not going anywhere (meaning he's NOT leaving TR)?

I'm not judging, I just don't get the logic.

Sergio Martinez is simply in a zone right now, fighting as well as anybody in the world as he continues to rise on the pound-for-pound list.
