arum will do no business with martinez, that means pacquiao, cotto, and chavez. so if chavez is successful against rubio, then a cotto fight could be possible, but most likely without a belt since chavez/martinez won't be happening. maybe sulaiman gives chavez the diamond belt martinez has right now and they fight for that. i think arum's main reason to make that fight is because it makes $$$$.

um, who are the only two guys above him in p4p rankings? have they every fought guys that were 164-165 on fight night? did they ever win a world title at 154? quit acting like martinez is a solid MW, chavez jr would certainly be bigger than him on fight night. cotto/martinez would take place at 154, possibly even a smaller catchweight if cotto demanded it. like i said before, if he wanted to get paid, he would've called out alvarez or margarito, easy pickings for him.
