When is a fighter in their "Prime" and past their "Prime"?

        Another one that annoys me, is when fighters don't prepare properly and people claim they are past there prime.

        No they just didn't prepare properly.


        And the other one when a fighters performance drops by a couple of percent, not the best they have ever been, they are suddenly past their prime.

                  The only thing I know for sure is that prime Barrera (Barrera from 2007-Present) would destory the Barrea of 2003.

                      It depends on the individual, someone who relies exclusively on reflex as oppose to craft will leave their prime earlier.
