So according to that definition of prime, Barerra was not past prime? Do you use a different definition?

When was Hopkins's prime? Many would say his best results have come post 40.

Junior Jones gets beat by a 2005, 130lbs Barerra.
There you have it, Barrera was in his prime in the 2nd Pacquaio fight

    Get a ****ing clue, man.

Prime is defined by being at their absolute best, their apex. Old saying if you aren't getting better you are getting worse

Barrera wasn't at his best in the first Pacquiao fight his mind was on other things and likely overlooked Manny who was nobody at that time. On top of that he had been in a ton of wars and people had thought him past his sell by date a couple time before he saw Naz.

The second fight Barrera took serious and fought in a way that would not get him beat up, didn't really appear to have it in him to really try and win though.

Floyd is considered one of the top guys all time in the class, none of those guy are sniffing the top ten. Corrales and Genaro Hernandez are both better 130 pounders than those guys, with Morales most of his run at 130 was going life and death with dudes Floyd beat up on Carlos Hernandez and Jesus Chavez~

put it like this all 3 will enter as the underdog and all 3 will loose but only one would loose on the cards. marquez, Barrea i believe will get stopped and Morales will make it to the cards to loose a wide decision.

i voted morales, among the three mexicans, could eke out a win over floyd at 130 not because of any previous good sparring result erik had vs floyd...

both mab & jmm are more of a counter-punching fighters like floyd is...

i chose erik as i think he could exert the most pressure on floyd when he attacks specially with his jabs
