Is that why for 3 year at least 1 of them were ranked in the top 2 the division.
Maybe that shows how weak of a division Floyd ruled over if past primes super-batams can be ranked number in the division then.Comment

Did you read "They were shot at 130?" or do you not think a past prime fighter can be ranked #1 or #2 in a division?
Past prime Barrera and Morales >>> The majority of fighters during their stay at 130.
This is the problem with this website. People just read what they want to see.
I merely said 'Barrera and Morales were visibly past their prime when they were at 130"
Are you denying that? Are you going to claim they weren't past their prime at 130?
And I said NOTHING else, other than that clear, black and white statment. So your post has no point or relevance.
I don't think anyone is going to try and argue that 130 when Mayweather was there was an up and down stacked division.
It was a solid division.
Although, the fact past prime ATG's were #1 or #2 at peroids during their stay there doesn't indicate it's weak, really.Comment

And? What's your point?

Maybe it does. Again, is there a point?

Barera improved much from the 1st time he faced Pacquiao from the 2nd time he face Pacquiao. But according to you he was further past him prime.
Bit of a contradiction there.Comment

Either way, the OP asked a hypothetical question about how three Mexican legends would fare against Floyd at 130. Those fights never happened and will never happen, and the only thing remotely resembling any one of those matchups was Morales' account of their sparring session. According to Morales, he got the best of Floyd- had him reeling and groggy.
Both Terrible and Floyd were 24-25 at the time, Floyd was at 130, Erik was getting ready for a fight with Kelley at 126. So they were the same age and I assume roughly the same weight. Terrible says he gave Floyd the business.
Has no bearing on an actual fight because 12 round championship match =/= sparring. But it's the closest to that fantasy match that we'll get. If you want to believe Morales made the whole thing up like some dunces I won't name and that helps you sleep at night, go nuts.Comment
