And when you say go through do you mean survive, eek out wins or unblemished. Because Floyd went through those guys unblemished. Not because they were weak but because he's that good. I always say his biggest set back when people talk greatness is that he did it too easy. A lot of people claiming Cotto would have breezed throught Floyd's res and always seem to forget that they do have a measuring stick like opponent in Corley and it was far from a breeze and more like life and death struggle. You cant name a champion on Floyd's res that any other fighter breezed through while they were in top form. Not even Baldomir. Does that make any sense?Comment

Avi's are made out of hate or love and since I see no adverse quotes or clouds I assume its love.

Anyways, don't talk to me like i'm foolish, and don't act liek Floyd went through every opponent so easily. Judah gave him all he could handle the first half of the fight and look at all the guys who have thrashed him easily. Styles make fights.
Bottomline is he doesn't have a ATG resume. He might be an ATG based on skill but his resume isn't even top 50 if that's your only basis.Comment

People always forget that Diego Corrales was unbeaten, coming off good wins, #5 P4P when Floyd fought him. Also, Ricky Hatton, he had been at 147 for a fight before, was unbeaten, coming off good wins, #4 P4P.
Underrated as hell for Floyd. There hasn't been a single fighter that Floyd has really struggled to beat besides Castillo the first fight. De La Hoya....anyone watching that fight saw that Floyd out landed him by 100 punches, how the f**k was that a SD??? Judah....Floyd struggled the first few rounds and after round 4, he may have lost 1 round, if any. Still, he out landed Judah by like 100 punches.
Also, Floyd's 2 most underrated wins, Corrales and Hatton, Floyd dominated Diego in every aspect of the game, and was beating Hatton 7-2/8-1 in rounds when the KO happened.
I'd give Floyd's resume a B right now, same with Manny in all honesty. If you take into account losses, wins, each fighter, where they were at in their careers, what they'd done prior to fighting them, Manny's resume is overrated, in the sense that people say he's a top 20 ATG. Both Manny and Floyd are around the top 30 ATG list, not even close to top 20,15, or 10.
Besides themselves, Sergio Martinez at 154-155, Kirkland at 154, Bradley, Khan, Peterson, these are all names that they can fight the last 1-2 year sof their careers to elevate their status to top 20 ATG's or higher.Comment

C+/B. Should have had prime Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Pacquiao on his resume. Doesn't take away from his supreme skills. Tell you the truth if he dominates Pac man and fights in 2012 against pacman, he is an automatic bump up to A. Honestly I believe if pacquiao fights a formidable opponent next i believe he will lose. Floyd and PAc needs to happen before a Gamboa vs Juan Ma happens, meaning one of them loses before they fight, most likely pacquiao.Comment
