They have Oscar above Monzon, Holyfield, Arguello Whitaker etc which is outright ridiculous.

Jack Johnson, Jack Dempsey and Rocky Marciano all in the Top 15.
Just a really poor list overall.
I'd have Mayweather between #40 and #50 so you would be right in my opinion on that assumption.
