I always thought that Martinez at 154 was going to be next, Arum doesn't want any Mayweather. Martinez is one of P4P greats at this point and has always expressed real interest in fighting Floyd as opposed to Manny who needs to talk to his promoter/brain before he even considers fighting anyone or breathing.
