Currently I can only think Gamboa, Nonito, or maybe Ward. Is Def too early to tell had u asked me back in 2001 I would have said Tito we all know what happened.

      I agree with this.

"Pac had great accomplishments overall so is deserving enough."

      Hell no.

If you claim to know as much as you do about this sport then you have more than a little feeling that award was given to him more for hype than accomplishments.

As for FOTD? #1 Manny should never have been given that award.

#2. It surely won't be anyone of the Pinoy squad. They are already trying to give it to Donaire and he hasn't really done ****.

When it comes to these BS awards, SMH.
Butthurt? For an instance, Pac by the age of 24 was already a 3 divisions champ, 2 lineal champ and champ at the age of 19. Even if you don't include his accomplishments at welterweight, by the age of 30 he was a 6 divisions champ and 4 lineal champ. Now the question is...who they should give that FOTD award in your opinion?

fighter of the decade. Who says it will go to a guy in boxing?

But if it does, it will be a guy who's one thing when adversity falls upon him. Dedicated and consistent in the heat of battle. haven't seen anyone yet though my sig things it could be one of those to.... but then again i could be wrong. hope i'm not :P

Donaire, Ward, Canelo, Bradley, Khan, Broner. They all have a chance.

As talented as I think he is, we're two years in and he's probably another two years away from a title shot.
