1 Wlad paces himself
2 Wlad doesn't throw pointless combination that hit the gloves or miss
3 Wlad doesn't stand there and get him, he clinches
4 Wlad is far more intelligent
5 Wlad is more cautious now
6 Wlad Stands his ground and doesn't run around like an idiot
7 Wlad, besides Haye, fights a bunch of bumsComment

Wlad is p4p much stronger with more dangerous one-punch power. He also doesn't throw as many punches and knows how to clinch in the right spots. Khan is wild, aggressive and tries to land a lot of punches and put on a show instead of just being content to control the pace and win a boring match.Comment

Well, a couple of things. Although Khan is very big for his division, he isn't allowed to come in weighing any more than his smaller opponents. Wlad can come in at anything and with the added physical advantage, that can equate to a sizeable difference. SOme of Wlad's opponents come in at a similar weight, but that's because they're fat. Not only that, but in reality, Khan is fighting better opposition overall than what's at HW right now. There is certainly no one as skilled or physically fit at HW contention level as Peterson.
Saying all that, there is a big difference between the way they fight. Wlad does have more skill at fighting his fight than Khan does, and he also has that bone crunching power in his right hand. His jab and footwork are more educated.
But, probably the biggest thing. Khan is willing to take constant offensive risks. He doesn't mind getting in a scrap and trading shots. It's not particularly smart all the time, but it creates great fights and I care more about great fights than I do about Khan fighting like Wlad.Comment

Khan doesn't have Wlad ring IQ maybe with more experience Amir will be able to utilize his Jab and footwork better and not waste so much energy trying not to get hitComment

I think it's a mentality thing. Khan enjoys using the entire ring, and likes to throw big flashy 4-6 punch combinations. His style is out-work and overwhelm his opponent. He tries to entertain, unlike Wlad who just seems to go in there to win and nothing else lol. That's not a knock on Wlad cuz he definitely knows how to win. Also, Khan doesn't have the physical gifts that the Klitschkos have, he never has that kind of height/reach advantage over his opponents. Khan and Wlad have different goals and different styles when they go into the ring.Comment

Wlad has timing, and relatively speaking probably a harder jab which keeps opponents at bay also it is not like Amir is regularly 6 inches taller than opponents.Wladimir is very good in:
- Controlling the pace of the fight
- Effectively using the jab
- Holding ground in the centre of the ring
- Staying on the outside
Both Amir and Wladimir are athletic, tall and have "chin-issues".
So how come Wladimir can do it but Amir can't?
Is Amir with the wrong trainer? Should he team-up with Steward?Comment
- Controlling the pace of the fight

Wlad avoids confrontation, when he fought Haye who was a cruiserweight, every time Haye went to punch Wlad would back up. Khan gets in the trenches and fights, if Wlad did that he get knocked out alot.Comment
