Floyds scare of Khan he dont want khan. Peterson beat Khan supposedly, but i bet he felt more beat up than if he had of fought Floyd.

I know that I'm not a big Pac fan but I never believed Khan could beat Manny. what's funny is that you still think Khan has the style to beat Mayweather or present problems but dude went life and death and ran from Peterson who is not even an elite fighter. Good but not top. Peterson showed up with heart and Khan got shook. Khan would not even beat Bradley.Comment

I believe that the "conclusive proof" was that LaMotta announced it.himself. Otherwise he wouldn't have been the first and only. I remember the incident but it was a very long time ago. I think that he'd thrown a fight with a guy called Billy Fox to get a guaranteed shot at the title. The admission of the fix was not for many years afterwards during a senate investigation of the Mafia influence, which finally put paid to most of the mafia control. That was sometime in the early 1960's I think, some years after Rocky Marciano retired. I always thought that Marciano, or at least his manager was connected with the Mafia, because a crude prelim fighter like him could never otherwise have become champion. So I remember the incident fairly well.Comment

In my opinion and most Boxing fans Khan won Saturday night even with the ridiculous point deductions.
I see him winning comfortable in the rematch and Ortiz is just taylor made for Khan. Berto will be a tougher test, Mayweather would school Khan even when he hits 50 years old!Comment

Amir Khan needs to stop focusing on fights that may never happen and worry about the one that's going to happen. I can't figure out for the life of me why(even before this loss),anyone thought he deserved a Mayweather fight or even why he would do well in the fight. I don't even think he believes the sh%t that he talks. I think , like alot of these other guys calling for fights with Floyd or Pac he just wants to get his biggest payday. He knows that Floyd wins that fight going away. And if he fought Floyd the way he fought peterson and Floyd fought in his usual lay back and counter style, then that would probably be the worst fight ever. Amir would be running around the ring while Floyd stood at center ring with one glove up to his chin and motioning with the other glove for him to come and fight. Cause we know Floyd isn't going to chase that azz around the ring. Boxing doesn't need that fight. The ring walk would be the most interesting part unless Floyd came in there with that killer instinct that he seldom displays.Comment
