    Amir Khan says losing his WBA and IBF light-welterweight belts to Lamont Peterson will make him a better boxer. Hours after his points defeat in Washington DC Khan told BBC Sport "things happen for a reason" and said he will become a "more mature" fighter. Khan is trying to secure an immediate rematch for March 31 in Las Vegas.

                      Khan is delusional. Now that his pushing and holding behind the head is a subject he will not get any more special treatment. That was the only way he could keep Peterson off of him. He made the excuse of Peterson comming in with his head but it was more of Peterson getting close to him inside his confort area.

                      If Khan had so much problems with Peterson he will have even more against Floyd.

                      Peterson should not give him an immediate rematch and let the fight build up a bit so they can cash more money on it

                          What is Mayweather's position on this fight? Has he ever made any comment about it? Why does Khan think he is entitled to a fight with Floyd anyways? Looking past his opponent to Floyd is what got him in the position he is in in the first place

                                  Exactly. Petersen rematch, prescott rematch, then bradley (if doable) then maybe vic or berto then maybe floyd.
