I agree, the ref did well to just deduct 2. All this complaining about the ref is ridicolous. He let the fight flow and we had an amazing fight

Forget Bicycle Khan was on his Ducatti tonight. Peterson was like a zombie he just kept coming and at times even made Khan look bad by avoiding his flurries, countering his punches, and muscling him throughout the whole fight.
Lets see a rematch in the UK in 3-4 months.
Uh...yeah...Peterson looked like a Zombie. From my perspective he controlled little because his pursuit was lazy and not all that impactful.

Peterson is the only person who got hurt the entire fight. Kahn took some big shots, but was never hurt. He landed some impressive looking punches, but part of effective punching is actually doing damage. And Kahn never even got wobbled the entire fight. Peterson did, a few times.

We're gonna talk punishment? Kahn took way more in the Maidana fight.

A rematch in UK would be bad. A) Peterson can't KO him and B) it would be 116-112 across the board.

....what about all the low blows that didn't get called on Peterson?

The ref did not do a good job. And again, you give a point warning before taking a point. I've never seen a good ref take a point for a repeated issue without doing a final warning first. Unless it was something just so blatant (like just obviously punching a guy in the nads)

No way man, Khan was hurt several times. He even stumbled over his own feet at the end of one rd due to the punches he had eaten. Khan may not have been hurt as bad as Peterson was when he was hurt but he was staggered several times during the fight.

I think the ref wanted to deduct points from Khan much earlier but let Peterson get away with a few low ones to even it up so he didn't have to deduct the points fro Khan. Of course Khan didn't take the hint and kept doing his thing and it cost him.

Man, I was too busy paying attention to all the other fights going on tonight. But, the bits n' pieces I caught from Khan-Lamont it looked like Lamont was taking care of business in there tonight.

Man, Roach needs to teach his guy some f**kin' defense. Khan's defense is friggin' amateurish.

I can only remember 1 low shot by Peterson tbh. And on the brit broadcast the commentators had said the referee had give Khan a final warning. He definitely deserved those point deductions you have to admit that. Once i watch the fight again ill try and notice some lowblows dude!

I look forward to the Knicks still losing even with superstars.

                      I didn't score it but I couldn't split them.

The fight was close and with the deductions it was very close.

I think both deductions were fair. Khan was warned atleast 7 or 8 times for pushing.

I'm going to re-score it tommorow but I felt just from watching it without scoring it could have gone either way.
