No. He was given a warning before. But there was *never* any warning where the Ref said "I'm going to take a point if you do that again" which is generally standard for a repeated minor offense.

Watch the HBO broadcast. All the guys on there agreed that the deductions were pretty bogus. Emanual Steward did as well.

There were several uncalled lowblows. Partly because Kahn was pressing down, but partly because Peterson kept ducking to the floor. I swear he touched a knee because he kept getting very low to the canvas at the same time he took a punch in one of the middle rounds, and that's a knockdown.

I thought the fight was poorly refereed from the beginning.

Man, Roach needs to teach his guy some f**kin' defense. Khan's defense is friggin' amateurish.
Exactly what I was thinking during the fight. Khan had terrible defense since the beginning of the fight and received unnecessary punishment from a limited but brave Peterson. I expected a lot more from Khan since he was faster and IMO a much better boxer than Peterson, but his defense was crap and his strategy was too conservative.

Lately Roach's strategy with his boxers has been crap. With Linares he was wrong and that's why in the end DeMarco KOd him. With Pacquiao it was all going forward without any sense, and now with Khan I thought he had some great rounds but some others were just terrible.

I think what sums the fight up best is when khan had petersons head down the ref said let him up khan, later in the round Peterson held khans head down and the ref says get ur head up khan.
Shady ref but credit to Peterson, I had khan 2 up without point deductions and a draw with them.

I think both deductions were fair. Khan was warned atleast 7 or 8 times for pushing.

I'm going to re-score it tommorow but I felt just from watching it without scoring it could have gone either way.
Honestly, it went as I expected with the exception of Peterson getting the nod.

I thought it would be a close fight with Khan looking good early and Peterson looking good late. Figured Khan would edge it out but the majority of people would think that Peterson won.

Peterson could have stopped Khan had he kept up with the body, uppercut attack but he waits too much. I'll give Khan credit for wobbling Peterson a few times but I feel Khan thought Peterson was a joke or something.

Roach knew what the deal was with Peterson and even stated that he was one of the best fighters that Khan had faced. I just hope that now, Khan has a better idea of what Bradley will bring to the table.

I'll ride Bradley and Martinez to the grave because both of these guys have shown me that they have the "it" factor that makes you a champion. Bradley would have had Khan asking Roach to stop the fight from the shear embarrassment alone.

I had it 115-111 Khan, but I was real impressed with how well Peterson went to the body and fought inside

funny how the refs gloves matched petersons trunks right? haha but seriously. I wish Peterson went all out in the 12th, then I would of had him winning. Instead I have it a draw, because i feel this fight was unfinished.

When you include the body shots...Peterson clearly won.

Khan ran like a jackrabbit on a dirtbike.
